Beside past 20 years of practicing experience of diversity business area at executives which including broadcasting, education, hospitality and other service industries, Dr. TingTing Fan also has past ten years different education background from overseas countries from Europe to Asian, for instance to be eligible as honorary scholar from Harvard University. Meanwhile Dr.TingTing Fan’s research area focus on organizational development, she is also involving and being as the members and its relevant ODJ(Organizational Development Journal). By applying both practical business and academic passion along with her positive and growth mind-set, she believes the education will change the world to be a better place.
